The Netherlands regained the title in a convincing match. Especially in the first half, the passing and ball lines were well protected, which led to a 9-3 halftime score. After the break, the Netherlands continued where they left off and were able to maintain the defensive pressure, even using all the substitutions. Due to the defensive pressure, the excellent leading referees rightly awarded Chinese Taipei with some penalties, but due to the varied attacking play of the Netherlands, the final score was 25-16 and they rightly became world champions!

The U17 Korfball World Cup is organized in Eindhoven again. With four clubs (ESKV Attila - KV DSC - PSV/RM Verkeersdiensten - CKV Rust Roest), the Organization Committee arranges all facilities to play, to learn, to enjoy with and from the best youth korfball players in the world.
